Visiting the website
When you visit wiredots.com, the server records technical data: IP address, date and time, requested address, response status and browser details. They serve to display the content, resolve technical errors and protect the website from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the reliable and secure operation of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing this data is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement. Without transmitting your IP address, however, the website cannot be displayed.
The hosting provider retains server logs for 14 days.
The website uses no cookies, no traffic measurement tools and no marketing tracking. It loads no content from third-party servers.
Communicating with us
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your contact details and the content of the communication in order to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with prospects and customers under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where the request concerns entering into or performing a contract to which you are a party as a natural person, we process the data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
You provide the data voluntarily. Without the data needed to handle your request, we may be unable to reply or to enter into a contract.
We retain communication while handling the request and for at most one year after the last message. Where a contract is concluded, we retain the related communication for its duration and for four years after it ends.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Websupport s. r. o., which processes visitors’ technical data on our behalf; the data is kept on servers in the Slovak Republic. We run our e-mail mailbox in Google Workspace, a service of Google, which may also store e-mail communication on servers in the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by Google’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, and by standard contractual clauses; we will provide their text on request. We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, and the right to its rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. For data you provided to us under a contract and that we process by automated means, you also have the right to data portability. On grounds relating to your particular situation, you have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
To exercise your rights, write to info@wiredots.com. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Galvaniho Business Centrum II, Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice whenever the way we process data changes. Last change: 29 September 2026.
